In the Pre-incubation phase, when a startups have a technology-focused business idea or project that have started working but have not been incorporated to make this idea come true, support is provided through  specific training, mentoring and consultancy services to understand whether their ideas are viable, commercializable, scalable, etc.  The incubator provide these opportunities to early-stage entrepreneurs for an average of six months to a year. In addition to these, the physical facilities needed by entrepreneurs such as open offices and common working areas are provided to entrepreneurs .
